    这道料理非常适合当午餐或晚餐的菜肴。这也是一道很杀饭的菜!

    Step 1

    鱼洗净抹干水份切成2份厚,加入腌料置放15分钟后,把多余的腌料倒掉。Wash fish, pat dry and cut into 2 thick slices; marinate with condiments for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热油先放入咖喱叶炸香,取出备用。Heat oil in wok, sauté curry leaf until fragrant and dish out.

    Step 3

    把黄姜粉沾满鱼片,放入热油中以中小火煎香至熟,加入炸香的咖喱叶拌炒一下即可上碟享用。Coat fish with turmeric powder and sea in wok until cooked; toss in fried curry leaf and dish out.
