香茅黑糖叉烧 Lemongrass Char Siew

材料 :
五花肉1斤(去皮)、香茅4支(拍扁)、椰糖100克、生抽3汤匙、南乳1块
做法 :
1. 将全部材料置入多功能白钢饭锅,选择“煮饭”功能键,按“开始”烹煮。
2. 时间完毕后,开盖,即可取出叉烧,切片享用。

INGREDIENTS :
600g pork belly (remove skin), 4 stalks lemongrass (flatten), 100g palm sugar, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1
pc fermented bean curd
METHOD :
1. Put all the ingredients into DIGITAL MULTI STEEL RICE COOKER, select “Rice” function, press “Start” to cook. (pic 1-6)
2. After finish cooking, open the lid, take out the Char Siew, slice and serve. (pic 7)
