    这道香草培根烤鸡腿,就是一道可以自行选用各种香草、随意搭配配菜的西式料理,比如说迷迭香、百里香或是罗勒,配以蘑菇或马铃薯都很适合。

    Step 1

    将烤箱预热200℃。Pre-heat oven to 200℃.

    Step 2

    去皮鸡腿洗净抹干水份后,每只鸡腿用两片培根包裹,排入耐热烤具内。Pat dry chicken drumsticks and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon and place in heat proof dish.

    Step 3

    将蘑菇切半,塞入鸡腿间的缝中,然后撒上新鲜百里香、蒜末、盐和黑胡椒粉,送入烤箱烤10分钟。Halve button mushroom and sandwich between drumstick; and then sprinkle thyme, garlic, salt and black pepper on top and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出香草鸡腿,将白酒淋在鸡腿上,继续烤10分钟。Remove drumsticks from oven, drizzle in white wine and bake again for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    再次取出香草鸡腿,将酒汁舀起淋在鸡腿和蘑菇上,继续焗烤10分钟后,即可取出,趁热享用。Remove drumsticks from oven again, pour sauce from baking on to drumsticks and then bake again for another 10 minute.Remove from oven and serve hot.
