    Step 1

    将红辣椒和蒜粒放入搅拌器搅碎成辣椒糊备用。Put the red chili and garlic cloves into a blender and blend until they form a paste. Set aside.

    排骨先焯水清洗干净。Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water, then rinse off.

    锅内放油把辣椒糊炒干后放入豆酱继续慢火炒香。Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry the chili paste until becomes dry. Add the soy bean paste and continue to stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

    放入排骨继续翻炒均匀。Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until evenly coated with the sauce.

    Step 5

    加入开水中火焖煮至排骨变软即可。Add enough water to cover the pork ribs, then bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat until the pork ribs become tender. Serve hot.
