    这道香辣鱼柳不是浓油赤酱,以指天椒加辣椒干勾勒出让人提神的辣味,还能吃到咸菜的咸香。如果不喜欢鱼柳,可用虾或苏东取代鱼肉。

    Step 1

    用腌料腌鱼肉25-30分钟,然后炸2-3分钟后盛出。Marine fish with condiments for 25-30 minutes. Deep-fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Dish out.

    Step 2

    起锅热油和麻油,把香茅、指天椒及辣椒干爆香,然后加入咸菜和大葱,炒一会后加入调味料。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok, saute lemon grass, chili padi and dried chili until aromatic. Add in ham choy and onion and fry for a while. Stir in seasoning to mix.

    Step 3

    把鱼肉和荷兰豆放入,炒匀即可上桌。Put in fish slices and French beans toss well then dish out and serve.
