    【烹饪小贴士】腐皮卷包好放回冰箱冷藏,要炸时取出,大火炸不易焦。

    Step 1

    沙律做法Method for salad:沙律材料切小粒后,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。Place all diced ingredients in fridge for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    沙律调味料拌匀备用。Mixes dressing ingredients.

    Step 3

    享用时,所有材料拌匀即成。Mixes all to serve.

    腐皮卷做法Method for Crispy roll:斋烧鹅一片剪成4小片备用。Cut each mock roasted goose into 4 pieces.

    Step 5

    每一小片斋烧鹅包入一块素鱼,用牙签固定收口,至全部做好。Wrap each piece with 1 piece of mock fish and secure with toothpit.

    Step 6

    用油炸至金黄色捞起用吸油纸吸去多余的油,配沙律享用。Deep fry in hot oil and drain with paper tower;serve with salad.
