【材料】
马铃薯1粒(去皮切粒)、青瓜1⁄2 条(切粒)、干啦啦肉30克(浸泡)、XO酱1汤匙、榛果30克(炸
香)
【调味料】
少许盐和味精
【做法】
1. 马铃薯切粒,放入热油炸香,备用。(图1-2)
2. 烧热少许油爆香啦啦肉,加入XO酱拌匀。(图3-4)
3. 加入马铃薯粒及青瓜粒,拌炒入味。(图5)
4. 最后拌入榛果兜匀即可上碟。

【Ingredients】
1 potato ,1⁄2 cucumber (diced), 30g dried clam (soaked),1 tbsp XO sauce, 30g hazelnut (toasted)
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt and MSG
【Method】
1. Peeled and cut potatoes cubes, deep fry in hot oil until crispy. (pic 1-2)
2. Saute dried clam and XO sauce with some oil until fragrant.(pic 3-4)
3. Toss in potato and cucumber, stir to mix. (pic 5)
4. Stir in hazelnut and dish out.
