    Directions

    Step 1

    将鱼加入腌料腌制5分钟。Marinate fish fillet with condiments for 5 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热4杯炸油,将鱼沾上鸡蛋液,再沾上粟米粉,放进油锅中用中小火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat 4 cups oil in wok, coat fish fillet with egg sauce and then corn flour, then deep fry in hot oil with medium low heat until golden brown,drain.

    Step 3

    将全部酱料充分搅拌均匀。Mixes all sauce ingredients.

    Step 4

    鱼扒排盘,淋上酱料,装饰后即可享用。Arrange fish fillet on serving plate,pour sauce over and garnish to serve.
