Step 1
将鸡腿洗净,加入腌料和调味料拌匀,腌制2小时。Wash chicken whole leg, marinated with dondiments and seasoning, set aside for about 2 hours.
Step 2
烧热1汤匙油,加入腌制好的鸡肉用大火炒匀,加入水煮至汁浓,上碟。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry chicken with high heat, pour in water and simmer until gravy thicken, dish out.
Step 3
准备白饭,即可马上享用。Serve with white rice.
