    Step 1

    将鸡胸肉用刀背拍松。Loosen chicken breast meat with a cleaver.

    Step 2

    把腌料搅拌均匀后,放入鸡胸肉腌渍,备用。Mix chicken meat with condiments for half an hour.

    Step 3

    将鸡胸肉摊平,放上培根片、乳酪丝、红萝卜条和黄瓜条卷起,然后用牙签固定。Flatten the chicken breast on a chopping board, place bacon , grated cheese, carrot and cucumber strips on top, roll up and secure with toothpick.

    Step 4

    将鸡肉卷沾上面粉、蛋液、再沾面包糠待用。Coat the chicken roll with flour, follow with egg sauce and then breadcrumb.

    热油锅,转中温火放入裹好粉的鸡卷,炸至金黄色,捞起后,再下油锅大火逼油抢酥,捞出沥油。Heat oil in wok with medium heat, put in chicken roll and deep fry until golden brown, dish out; return the roll to wok, deep fry again in high heat to obtain crispiness, drain.

    Step 6

    把金黄酥脆鸡肉卷,切块摆盘,趁热上桌。Slice fried chicken roll and serve immediately.
