【材料】
银鳕鱼1块、西兰花1颗、沙拉酱适量

【腌料】
盐适量、料酒适量

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、白糖1汤匙

【做法】
1. 西兰花掰开,放入加了盐和糖的滚水中,焯熟后摆在盘里。
2. 将鳕鱼切成小块,用盐、酒涂抹腌一会。
3. 起油锅,将鳕鱼煎熟,装入盘中间。
4. 最后淋上沙拉酱即可。

【Ingredients】
1 piece cod fish, 1 whole broccoli, some salad dressing

【Marinade】
Dash of salt and cooking wine

【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar

【Method】
1.Tear broccoli into florets and then blanch in boiling water, adding in salt and sugar, arrange in plate.
2.Cut cod fish into small pieces and marinate with some salt and cooking wine.
3.Heat oil in wok, sear cod fish until cooked, arrange in the center of serving plate.
4.Pour in salad dressing, serve immediately.
