麻辣拉面 mala Ramen

EB鲜虾云吞 (内置麻辣酱)    1盒

拉面                1片

青葱粒             1汤匙

 

调味味

蒜茸                1茶匙

耗油                1 汤匙

蘑菇精             1茶匙

糖                     1茶匙

麻油                ½ 汤匙

 

做法

  1. 煮滚一锅水,放入EB鲜虾云吞,煮熟捞起备用
  2. 所有调味味放进一个大碗,搅拌均匀备用
  3. 煮滚一锅水,把拉面弄散,放入煮熟,捞起滴干水,放入大碗里和调味料拌均匀,即可摆盘.

4 .  把EB的麻辣醬整包放進熱水裡煮熱

  1. 把EB云吞放在面上,淋上EB的麻辣酱,撒上青蔥即可。

1pct shrimp wanton (with mala sauce)

1 pct ramen

1tbsp chopped onion

Seasoning

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 Tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp mushroom granule stock

1tsp sugar

1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

Method:

  1. Bring one pot water to boil , cook EB Shrimp wonton till cook, drain and set aside.
  2. Arrange all seasoning in a big bowl, mix well.
  3. Cook ramen into boiling water till cook, drain and arrange on bowl, mix with seasoning.
  4. Cook EB mala sauce in boiling water.
  5. Arrange ramen and shrimp wanton on plate, top with mala sauce, garnish with some shredded spring onion, done.

 

蘑菇滑蛋云吞

Wanton with mushroom creamy egg sauce

EB 菌汤云吞      1盒

汤汁

EB菌汤包          1包

水                     500ML

鸡蛋                 1個

鲜蘑菇              3粒(切片)

紅蘿蔔絲           5g

蒜茸                 1茶匙

玉米粉             1汤匙  {加水勾芡}

做法

  1. 煮滚一锅水,放入EB鲜虾云吞,煮熟捞起备用
  2. 热锅加入1汤匙油,爆香蒜蓉,鲜蘑菇和蘿蔔絲,加入水煮滚
  3. 把EB菌汤包粉倒入,勾芡,加入鸡蛋搅拌两下即可
  4. 煮好的云吞摆盘,淋上芡汁即可.Ingredients

    1 EB shrimp wonton (with mushrooms sauce)

    Sauce:

    1 EB mushroom sauce

    500ml water

    1 egg

    3 fresh mushroom(slices)

    5g carrot (shredded)

    1 tsp garlic (chopped)

    1 Tbsp corn flour (mix water to make starch)

    Method:

  1. Bring one pot water to boil , cook EB Shrimp wonton till cook, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic, fresh mushroom and shredded carrot till fragrant.
  3. Add in EB mushroom sauce, thicken with corn starch. Toss in egg sauce and mix well.
  4. Arrange shrimp wonton on plate, top with sauce, done.
