    Step 1

    将全部的云吞馅料放入搅拌器内,搅拌成茸。 Blanch baby squid into boiling water for 2 mins together with salt and ginger, drain and set aside.

    将青葱放入沸水煮软后剪成10寸长备用。Blanch the spring onion into hot water till soft, cut to 10cm length.

    舀½匙的馅料放在云吞皮上, 再加入½茶匙Heng's香脆虾米香包扎好, 以青葱绑紧。 Scoop ½ teaspoon of filling on middle popiah skin, top with ½ teaspoon of Heng's Crispy Prawn Chilli, wrap and tie a knot with spring onion. (

    将石榴包放入热油里炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油,即可享用。 Deep fry the wanton into hot oil till golden brown, serve hot.
