    虾肉云吞很常见,但是加入了Heng's香脆虾米香更是锦上添花,包馅料时记得放上一小匙,炸好后一口咬下更显香脆!

    Step 1

    将全部的云吞馅料放入搅拌器内,搅拌成茸。Arrange all wanton ingredients into blender and well blend into paste.

    Step 2

    将青葱放入沸水煮软后剪成10寸长备用。Blanch the spring onion into hot water till soft, cut to 10cm length.

    Step 3

    舀½匙的馅料放在云吞皮上, 再加入½茶匙Heng's香脆虾米香包扎好, 以青葱绑紧。Scoop ½ teaspoon of filling on middle popiah skin, top with ½ teaspoon of Heng's Crispy Prawn Chilli, wrap and tie a knot with spring onion.

    Step 4

    将石榴包放入热油里炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油,即可享用。Deep fry the wanton into hot oil till golden brown, serve hot.
