    红萝卜、青芦笋和粟米笋很适合拿来做紫菜腐皮卷,先蒸后炸,一口咬下很酥脆。

    Step 1

    将腐皮与紫菜分别同样剪成5X5寸等份。Cut beancurd sheet and seaweed into 5x5 inch.

    Step 2

    将红萝卜、芦笋及粟米笋同样切成5寸长条等份,连同豆包一起放入深碗中,加入调味料拌匀,腌制数分钟,放置一旁备用。Cut carrot, asparagus, corn into 5 inch strips, marinate with some seasoning together with Dou Bao. Set aside.

    Step 3

    将每片腐皮摊开,涂上少许面粉糊,盖上一片紫菜,铺上豆包,再加入红萝卜、芦笋和粟米笋,卷起成圆筒形,然后以玻璃纸包好,蒸10分钟,取出待用。Spread some batter on top of beancurd sheet, cover with one piece seaweed, top with Dou Bao, carrot, asparagus and corn, roll up. Wrap with Cling paper, steam for 10 minutes, remove and set aside.

    Step 4

    烧热适量油,放入四季卷,以中火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份,即可切块食用。Heat some oil in wok, deep fried the four season roll with medium heat till golden brown. Drain and cut, serve.
