    这款饼干材料简单,制作也很容易,充满了炒香后的黑白芝麻香,搭配一杯茶或咖啡就最完美了。

    Step 1

    把面粉、糖粉和发粉先拌匀,过筛后放入深碗中,加入碱水和花生油稍微搓一下,然后倒入黑白芝麻一起搓揉均匀成面团。Mix plain flour with icing sugar and baking powder, add in sift into a mixing bowl, add in alkaline water and peanut cooking oil, mix well. Next, add in black and white toasted sesame seeds, knead and form into dough.

    Step 2

    将混合面团分出小等份,并搓成小圆球,轻轻稍微压扁。Divide the dough mixture into small portions, form into small ball and flatten it lightly.

    Step 3

    将芝麻小饼排在已铺上油纸的烘盘上,空间距离约3cm,放入预热烘炉以180℃烘约20-25分钟至熟及金黄色,取出,待冷后即可收入密封瓶子中。Arrange the sesame biscuits onto a greased baking tray, spacing them about 3cm apart. Bake in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 20-25cm minutes until cooked, golden brown in colour. Remove, leave to cool completely before storing in air tight containers.
