    Step 1

    把猪皮切小片,放入沸水中汆烫。Cut the pig skin into small pieces and blanch into boiling water to boil the soup.

    Step 2

    黄梨切小块,青、红辣椒切角,青葱切段。Cut the pineapple into small pieces, cut the green, red chili and spring onion into sections.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜蓉,放入虾仁和猪皮炒香。Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the garlic, add shrimp and pork skin saute until fragrant.

    Step 4

    倒入调味料和适量水焖煮2-3分钟。Pour in seasonings and some water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 5

    加入青、红辣椒及青葱段拌炒均匀即可上碟。Add green, red chili and spring onion, stir fry evenly before serving.
