黄梨蝴蝶酥Pineapple Palmier

【材料】
冷冻甜面皮300克、黄梨酱100克

【做法】
1.把甜面皮杆成3毫米厚片。(图1)
2.然后把半张面皮涂上黄梨酱。(图2)
3.把上下端的面皮褶向中央位置。把面皮反转,然后同样涂上黄梨酱,再褶往中央。(图3-4)
4.收入冰箱1小时后把它切成5毫米厚片。(图5)
5.放入烤炉以155℃烤12分钟或至金黄色即可。(图6)

【Ingredients】
300g frozen sweet dough(defrosted), 100g pineapple Jam

【Method】
1.Roll the sweet dough pastry to 3mm thick. (pic 1)
2.Spread the pineapple jam on the upper half of the rolled sweet dough. (pic 2)
3.Fold the top and bottom towards the centre.Flip the dough to another side and repeat the process of spreading the jam and folding the dough towards the centre. (pic 3-4)
4.Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into slices of 5mm.(pic 5)
5.Bake at 155℃ for 12 minutes or till golden brown.(pic 6)
