    黄澄澄的中式炒饭最饱腹暖胃了,炒的适合撒点水更湿润好吃,加入咸蛋黄咸香味十足。

    Step 1

    起锅热油和麻油,加入咸蛋黄炒20-30秒钟。Heat sesame oil and oil in a wok. Add salted egg yolks. Stir for 20-30 seconds.

    加入蛋黄,快速炒均。Add in egg yolk and stir quickly to combine.

    Step 3

    加入白饭和鸡肉香肠粒,略炒一会。Add in rice and diced sausage. Toss and fry briefly.

    Step 4

    放入调味料和指天椒茸,炒至米饭跳动。Put in seasoning and chilli padi. Stir till well mixed. Fry until rice starts to jump.

    拌入青豆,炒均盛出。Add frozen green peas to mix. Fry till well combined.
