    温馨提示:黑蔗是防病健身的良药。黑蔗味甘性寒,滋补养血,清热生津,有滋养润燥之功效,适用于低血糖症、心脏衰弱、津液不足、咽喉肿痛、大便干结、虚热咳嗽等病症。

    Step 1

    鸭子洗净切块备用。Wash the duck and cut into pieces for later use.

    黑甘蔗洗净连皮砍小段备用。Wash the black sugar cane and cut into small pieces for later use.

    Step 3

    取鸭脂肪入干锅煎出鸭油,再下全部鸭肉免油煎香,再下姜蒜和甘蔗继续翻炒均匀。Take the duck oil and fry in a dry pan to get the duck oil, then add all the duck meat without oil and fry until aroma. Add in ginger, garlic and sugar cane and stir fry evenly.

    倒入足够的清水盖过材料,转大火煮滚后调小火继续煮45分钟,下调味料焖煮至收汁即可享用。Pour in enough water to cover all the ingredients, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and continue to cook for 45 minutes, add seasoning and simmer until the sauce absorbed and serve.
