    小贴士:蒜茸要冲洗或汆烫片刻才不至蒜味太辣。 龙虾含有较多的钙,龙虾的脂肪含量不但比畜禽肉低得多,而且大多是对人体有益的不饱和脂肪酸,易被人体消化和吸收,并且具有防止胆固醇在体内蓄积的作用。

    Step 1

    煮一锅开水,放入拉面煮至熟,放在冰水里浸至冷却。Boil ramen until cooked and then soak in ice water to cool down.

    Step 2

    蒜茸、芫荽茸及葱粒加入适量盐和鸡粉拌匀,蒸大约10分钟。Mixes garlic, chopped spring onion and coriander with salt, chicken stock granule to taste, steam for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    龙虾先汆烫片刻,加调味料拌匀后,另外蒸12分钟备用。Blanch lobster in boiling water briefly and marinate with seasoning and then steam for 12 minutes, set aside.

    Step 4

    把拉面沥干,加少许酱油及麻油调昧,用筷子卷起放在碟旁,中央摆上龙虾,淋上蒜茸料,用菜心装饰即可上桌。Scald Ramen and seasoned with soysauce and sesame oil to taste, then roll up and place on plate, follow by lobster. Sprinkle garlic mixture on top.
