烧焗鳕鱼Baked Cod Fish

材料:
鳕鱼一块(约60克)、番茄一粒、生菜丝、大葱丝、生葱

腌鱼料:适量
生抽、黑酱油、蜜汁、西芹丝、红萝卜丝

调味料:适量
蜜糖、美奶滋

做法:
1.将三文鱼块和调味料A捞均腌2小时。
2.将托盘铺上锡纸,放上大葱丝、生葱和三文鱼,放入烤箱180度烤大约10分钟至有点焦,搽上蜜糖。
3.番茄开盖挖洞,倒入美奶滋,与生菜摆在碟边,配烤鳕鱼吃。

Ingredients:
1 pc cod fillet(60g), 1 tomato, some shredded lettuce, onion and spring onion

Condiments: To taste
Soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, shredded celery and carrot

Seasoning: To taste
Honey and mayonnaise

Method:
1.Marinate cod fillet with condiment for 2 hours.
2.Cover baking tray with aluminum foil, then place onion, spring onion and cod fillet on top, bake in oven for 10 minutes or until slightly browned, spread honey on top.
3.Dig a hole on top of tomato, pour in mayonnaise, then garnish with shredded lettuce, serve with cod.
