    Directions

    Step 1

    先将鸡洗净,斩成小块后沥干。Wash chicken,cut into pieces and drain dry.

    Step 2

    将材料B和材料C放入锅内,用½杯油炒香。Mix ingredients B and C in pot,stir fry with ½ cup oil until aromatic.

    Step 3

    放入鸡块,转中火,盖着煮至熟透。Add in chicken pieces,reduce to medium heat,cover until cooked.

    Step 4

    拌入糖和盐调味,取出与白饭一同食用。Season with sugar and salt to taste,remove and serve with cooked white rice.
