莲藕焖烧肉Braised Roasted Pork with Lotus Root

材料A:
烧肉300克、莲藕300克、竹枝2条

材料B:
蒜蓉1汤匙、南乳1块、豆酱1茶匙、糖1汤匙

材料C:
蚝油1汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、水1杯(为食粉勾芡)

做法:
1.烧热2汤匙油入锅内,炒香(B)料。
2.加入(A)料炒匀,倒入(C)料再拌入芡汁。
3.将全部材料倒入炖盅内煮1 1/2小时即可。

Ingredient (A):
300g roast pork, 300g lotus root, 2pcs fried bean curd stick

Ingredient (B):
1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1pc fermented red bean curd, 1 tsp soya bean paste, 1 tbsp sugar

Ingredient (C):
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 cup water(Sobest flour solution)

Method:
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry(B) until fragrant.
2.Add in (A) stir fry well, pour in (C) and corn flour solution.
3.Put all the ingredients into stew pot to cook for 1 1/2 hour.
