莳萝上汤鳕鱼Cod Fish in Dill Soup

【材料】
鳕鱼300克、鲜莳萝1束、青、红小辣椒 各3条、姜茸1茶匙、蒜茸1汤匙、高汤 1碗、米酒5汤匙、鱼露1汤匙

【材料】
少许盐及胡椒粉调味

【做法】
1.用油爆香姜茸和蒜茸,加入鳕鱼煎两面至微黄。
2.加入上汤、小辣椒及鲜莳萝,上盖煮至滚及鱼熟透后,倒入鱼露和酒。
3.加入调味料试味,根据喜好或添加调味料。

【Ingredients】
300g cod fish, 1 stalk fresh dill, 3 green chilipadi, 3 red chilipadi, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 bowl stock, 1
tbsp fish sauce, 5 tbsp rice wine

【Seasoning】
Adequate salt and pepper to taste

【Method】
1.Heat oil in wok, saute chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, add in cod fish, sear till both side slightly brown.
2.Pour in stock, add chilipadi and fresh dill, cover the lid, bring to boil till fish fully cooked, add in fish sauce and wine.
3.Adjust the taste, done.
