凉拌素肚丝Mock Stomach Salad

材料:
素肚1个约300克、小青瓜1条、红萝卜1条、红辣椒2条、嫩姜50克

调味料:
柠檬汁1颗、有机盐1小匙、有机糖1/2小匙、麻油2小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙

做法:
1.把素肚放入滚水中煮熟,待凉后切成丝。
2.把全部材料清洗干净,沥干水份,切成丝。
3.把调味料拌匀,淋入材料中混合拌匀即可,冷食也可以。

Ingredients:
1 mock stomach(about 300g), 1 Japanese cucumber, 1 carrot, 2 red chilies, 50g young ginger

Seasoning:
1 whole lemon juice, 1 tsp organic salt, 1/2 tsp organic sugar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp pepper

Method:
1.Wash and blanch the mock stomach, then juliennes when it cools down.
2.Wash all other ingredients, drain and juliennes.
3.Mixes all seasoning, then toss in all main ingredients and mix well.
