藜麦鸡肉卷Quinoa Stuffed Chicken served with creamy turmeric sauce

材料
鸡胸肉4副、黄姜30克、藜麦4汤匙、蒜2颗、大葱1粒、鲜奶油250克

调味料
盐½茶匙

做法
1.煮滚水,放入藜麦煮至软,熄火关盖10分钟。(图1)
2.黄姜切小块,放入搅拌器,加50克清水搅拌成茸。(图2-3)
3.鸡肉卷做法:鸡胸肉切开口,塞入煮熟的藜麦,以竹签固定。(图4)
4.将鸡肉放入平底锅,以少许油煎至半熟。(图5)
5.另外在镬内热少许油,爆香蒜和葱,倒入黄姜茸煮至滚,注入鲜奶油。(图6-7)
6.放入鸡肉以小火焖煮10分钟或至鸡肉全熟。(图8)

Ingredients
4 sets chicken breast, 30g turmeric, 4 tbsp Quinoa, 2 pips garlic, 1 onion, 250g fresh cream

SEASONING
salt to taste

METHOD
1.Boil quinoa in water until soften, off heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (pic 1)
2.Cut turmeric into small pieces and blend with 50g water in blender until fine. (pic 2-3)
3.For chicken: Slit cut the chicken breast and stuff in cooked quinoa; fix with bamboo stick. (pic 4)
4.Sear chicken breast in pan with some oil until semi cooked. (pic 5)
5.Heat another wok with some oil, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant; add in turmeric paste and bring to boil, pour in fresh cream. (pic 6-7)
6.Add in chicken and simmer in low heat for 10 minutes or until chicken meat cooked through. (pic 8)
