咸香培根甘望鱼 Deep-Fried Salted Kembung Fish Wrapped In Bacon

材料:
熟甘望鱼5条、培根12片、粟粉1杯
馅料:
葱茸2汤匙、蒜茸1汤匙、指天椒4条(切细)、辣椒粉1汤匙、生抽1茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙
做法:
1.仔细将熟甘望鱼的大骨摘除,保留尾部。把全部馅料混合均匀,铺一汤匙
馅料入鱼肉中,合上,用培根把鱼身包扎妥当,用牙签固定。
2.把培根鱼卷沾粟粉,放入热油中炸至脆黄,趁热吃。

Ingredients:
5nos. salted cooked kembung fish, 12 bacon slices, 1 cup cornflour
Fillings:
2 tbsp chopped onion, 4 chilli padi (finely chopped), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chilli
powder, 1 tsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper
Method :
1.Scrape the kembung fish carefully to remove the main bone but leave the tail intact. Arrange
a tbsp of filling ingredients on one half of the fish. Cover the other part of fish over. Wrap
up the fish neatly with the bacon slices. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon onto the fish.
2.Dip in cornflour and deep-fry the fish in hot oil un til golden brown and crispy. Serve
immediately.
