冰花蜜汁烧鸡翅Roasted Chicken Wings with Rock Sugar Honey Sauce

鸡翅10只

蜜汁腌酱材料
家乐冰花蜜汁酱600克、白糖50克、姜汁20克、海鲜酱10克、黑酱油20克、家乐鸡精粉10克、花生酱10克

做法
1.鸡翅膀洗净,沥干,加入全部腌料拌匀,腌制2个小时,期间每20分钟搅拌一次,以让鸡翅膀均匀吸收腌汁。
2.把腌好的鸡翅膀串起,放入预热烤箱,以中高火(约200℃)烤15至20分钟至金黄和熟透(烤的时候每3分钟要取出鸡翅抹上剩余的蜜汁腌酱再继续烤)。
3.熄火后待凉,再刷一次蜜汁腌酱即可。

Ingredients(Serves 10)
10 nos chicken wings

Marinade Sauce
600g KNORR Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, 50g white sugar, 20g ginger juice, 10g seafood sauce, 20g dark soy sauce, 10g KNORR Chicken Stock Powder, 10g peanut sauce

Method
1.Rinse and clean the chicken wings, drain well. Combine chicken wings with and marinate ingredients for 2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes to ensure marinade is absorbed into chicken wings.
2.Skew the chicken wings with roast needle, place in the preheated oven, roast over medium-high heat (approx. 200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked (Remove the chicken wings and rub with remaining marinated sauce every 3 minutes during roasting process).
3.Remove from heat and leave to cool. Rub the chicken wings with another round of marinated sauce. Ready to serve.
