素煎加鲁Vegetarian Cincaluk

材料:
姜花3支、枫柑叶4块、南乳10块、酸柑2粒、指天椒适量、红辣椒3条

调味料:
糖1汤匙、麻油1小匙、清油2汤匙、炒香芝麻1汤匙、黄瓜1条(150克)、黄梨150克

做法:
1.将全部材料洗净,切幼丝。
2.酸柑切开2边取汁。
3.把南乳放入深碗内压烂,加入调味料拌均,再加入已切丝的材料拌均即可食用。

Ingredients:
3 stalks bunga kandang, 4 sprigs kaffir lime leaves, 10 blocks red fermented bean curds, 2 lime, some chilli padi, 3 red chilli

Seasoning:
1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, 1 cucumber (150g), 150g pineapple

Method:
1.Wash all ingredients and juliennes.
2.Squeeze juice of lime.
3.Mash red fermented bean curds in a bowl, then mixes with seasoning and juliennes ingredients, done.
