    莲藕,确是夏天益胃开脾的好食材,那麽淡,却那麽滋养。炒莲藕时滴入几滴醋,莲藕会比较脆。

    Step 1

    用滚水川烫莲藕和红箩卜后滴干。Blanch lotus root and carrot in boiling water then dish out and drain.

    Step 2

    起锅热1汤匙油,把蒜茸爆香,然后加入XO酱和指天椒茸,炒至香。Heat 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic. Add in XO sauce and bird’s eye chillies. Stir-fry briskly until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入香菇、莲藕及其他材料炒均,然后加入调味料,大火炒均即可盛出。Add mushrooms,lotus roots and the rest of the ingredients. Stir in seasoning to combine. Stir over high heat until well mixed. Dish out and serve at once.
