包生财Kam Heong Glass Noodle Lettuce Cups

材料
Nyolike 素甘香酱1盒、
冬粉300克、
干香菇片1碗(浸泡至软)、
佛手瓜1粒(切丝)、
红萝卜半条(切丝)、
蒜5瓣(剁碎)、
小葱头3粒(剁碎)、
姜1块(切粒)

做法
1.镬内热油,爆香小葱头和姜茸,放入红萝卜和佛手瓜,炒匀。
2.加入浸软的香菇片,快速兜炒后加入Nyolike 素甘香酱拌炒均匀。
3.注入浸泡香菇的汤煮至滚后放入冬粉,煮3分钟至汁浓稠即可上桌。
4.吃时搭配生菜或饭一起享用。

 

Ingredients
1 Nyolike Vegetable Kam Heong Sauce,
300g glass noodle (soaked),
Dry mushroom slices (soaked),
½ Chayote (shredded),
½ carrot (shredded),
5 clove garlic (chopped),
3 shallot (chopped),
1 ginger (diced)

Method
1. Heat oil in wok, sauté shallot and chopped ginger till fragrant, toss in carrot and Chayote, stir fry well.
2. Add in mushroom, stir well and toss in Nyolike Vegetable Kam Heong Sauce, stir till well combine.
3. Add in mushroom soaked water and glass noodle,simmer 3 minutes on low heat until all ingredients are evenly coated and sauce thicken.
4. Serve in lettuce leaves or rice.
