照烧三文鱼柳 GRILLED SALMON FILLET WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE

材料
三文鱼柳200克、金针菇1包(切段)、香蕉叶1片
照烧汁
现买照烧汁3汤匙、柠檬汁1茶匙、胡椒粉适量
装饰
日本青瓜(切粒)
做法
1 三文鱼柳洗净,以纸巾抹干。
2 把照烧汁混合,塗抹三文鱼腌10分钟。(图1-3)
3 把香蕉叶铺在空气炸锅的篮子底部,放入鱼肉,再涂上更多的照烧汁。(图4)
4 启动空气炸锅,将三文鱼每面炸8-10分钟至熟。(图5-6)
5 与此同时,把剩余的照烧腌汁以小火煮滚,加入金针菇,焖煮至滚。(图7-8)
6 将三文鱼柳排碟,淋上照烧汁材料,再撒上青瓜粒即可。

INGREDIENT
200g salmon fillet, 1 pct enoki mushrooms (cut into sections), 1 piece banana leaf
TERIYAKI SAUCE
3 tbsp teriyaki marinade (store-bought), 1 tsp lemon juice, dash of pepper
GARNISHING
Some diced Japanese cucumber
METHOD
1 Clean salmon fillet well. Pat dry completely with paper kitchen towels.
2 Combine teriyaki sauce and use it to brush fish fillet
and leave aside for 10 minutes. (pic 1-3)
3 Place a piece of banana leaf on the air fryer basket and place fish fillet on it. Brush with more teriyaki
sauce over. (pic 4)
4 Grill fish for 8-10 minutes each side on air-fryer, until fish is cooked. (pic 5-6)
5 In the meantime heat remaining teriyaki marinade sauce over medium low heat, add in enoki mushrooms,
simmer till boiling. (pic 7-8)
6 Arrange salmon fillet on the plate, pour over the teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with some diced cucumber
to garnish.
