麦片海苔饼 Oat & Seaweed Cookies

【材料】
牛油50克、黄糖90克、盐2克、鸡蛋30克、牛奶8克、面粉76克、发粉1克、麦片80克、太阳花籽30克、烤海苔(剁碎)、
日本山椒粉1克(随意)
【做法】
1. 把牛油、黄糖及盐搅拌至发起。(图1)
2. 慢慢把鸡蛋加入,然后再加入牛奶。(图2)
3. 加入发粉、日本山椒粉及面粉,搅拌至刚刚混合即可。(图3)
4. 加入麦片、海苔及太阳花籽,搓成面团。(图4-6)
5. 让面团收在冰箱冷藏一会才搓成小丸。(图7)
6. 放入烤炉以170℃烤13分钟至金黄色即可。(图8)

sunflower seed , 5g roasted seaweed (chopped), 1g sancho powder/optional
【Method】
1. Cream butter, brown sugar and salt together. (pic 1)
2. Add in eggs slowly, followed by milk. (pic 2)
3. Add baking soda, sancho pepper powder and flour. Mix just to combine. (pic 3)
4. Fold in the oats, seaweed and sunflower seed and knead into dough. (pic 4-6)
5. Cool dough in chiller before shaping into small balls. (pic 7)
6. Bake at 170°C for 13 minutes or until golden brown. (pic 8)
