    Step 1

    将腌料混合均匀,加入海鲜料腌10分钟。Mixes marinades and add in seafood to marinate for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热油,爆香姜和葱段,再加入红萝卜、西芹、海鲜及所有的调味料,炒拌均匀至海鲜熟。Heat oil in wok, sauté ginger and spring onion until fragrant, and then toss in carrot,celery,all seafood and seasoning, stir-fry until seafood is cooked.

    Step 3

    加入水果,炒一炒,拌一拌均匀,撒上腰果即可享用。Add in fruit, stir to mix and dish out, garnish with cashew nut and pineapple.
