    Step 1

    将所配料,捣碎呈糊状。Pound all the condiment ingredients until become paste.

    Step 2

    将(A)材料混合均匀。然后倒入做法(1)的配料糊和1/2条玉米粒,搅拌均匀成玉米面糊。Mix well all the ingrediens (A). Mix in the condiment paste from step(1) and the corn kernels,mix blend well into corn batter.

    Step 3

    锅里热油,转中火,一勺接一勺将玉米面糊 舀入锅内。炸至金黄色,捞起,沥干油即可享用。In a wok heat up oil, turn into medium flame, scoop by scoop in the corn batter. Deep fry them until golden in color, dish out and drain the oil. Serve with cuo of tea.
