    Step 1

    把腌汁材料煮至溶解后待冷,放入材料A腌至少1小时,隔夜最好。Boil marinade sauce in pot till sugar dissolved, use it to marinade ingredients A for at least an hour or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

    Step 2

    热麻油,把材料B炒香。Heat sesame oil and sauté ingredients B until aromatic.

    Step 3

    倒入鸡高汤,加入剩余材料C及腌肉。Pour in chicken stock. Add remaining C ingredients and marinated ingredients.

    Step 4

    煮至滾后加盖转小火,焖煮约45-50分钟至肉软。Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for 45-50 minutes or until meat is tender.

    Step 5

    勾芡后即可上桌。Add thickening.
