    Step 1

    红萝卜切丝。 Shredded carrot.

    Step 2

    虾米剁碎。 Chopped dried shrimp.

    Step 3

    烧热3汤匙油,爆香蒜茸及虾米,盛起待用。 Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant, dish out and set aside.

    Step 4

    加入沙葛炒匀。 Add in jacama and fry well.

    Step 5

    加入云耳炒匀。 Add in black fungus and stir well.

    Step 6

    皮料做法:将粉料中间推开一个穴,倒入油,水及白糖搓揉成光滑面团。将面团切割成每份约20克重. To make skin: mixes ingredients and open a well in the centre, pour in oil, water and sugar, and knead into smooth dough. Cut dough into 20g each, wrap in some filling .

    包入少许馅料揉成小圆形. wrap in some filling and make into ball shape.

    Step 8

    放入蒸锅以中火蒸10分钟即可。 steam with medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
