    简单快煮的蟹肉玉米蛋花羹,非常容易制作,也能补充蛋白质。

    Step 1

    江鱼仔洗净后和其它材料一起放入锅内加水煮一个小时。Wash anchovy and cook with all ingredients for one hour.

    Step 2

    玉米起粒、玉米芯放入高汤内一起煮。Remove corn kernels from cob, cook the cob together with anchovy stock.

    Step 3

    锅内放油、蒜末、姜末炒香。Heat oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic and ginger.

    Step 4

    加入蟹肉和玉米碎粒翻炒均匀。Add in crab meat and chopped corn kernels, stir fry well.

    Step 5

    加入高汤,中火焖煮至滚。Pour in stock, cook with medium heat and bring to boil.

    Step 6

    玉米粉加水后倒入玉米汤内勾芡。Thicken the soup with corn starch.

    Step 7

    鸡蛋稍微打散,慢慢倒入玉米羹,一边倒入蛋液,一边搅拌。Beat the egg sauce, slowly drizzle the egg into soup in a swirling motion.

    Step 8

    加入胡椒粉和盐调味后即可熄火上桌。Add some pepper and salt to adjust seasoning , off heat and serve hot.
