除夕夜怎么少得了鱼呢?这道简单的黑豆豉蒸鱼清淡可口,记得要吃剩下一点鱼肉,代表年年有余哦。

    Step 1

    鱼洗净剖边开成蝴蝶形,再直切2刀,用热水汆汤过备用。Wash the fish and cut as butterfly shape, blanch with hot water for later use.

    Step 2

    豆腐切成2公分厚片,把洋葱丝铺入盘底,再把豆腐铺上。Slice the tofu into 2cm thick, palce the shredded onion into the bottom of the plate follow by tofu.

    Step 3

    把汆烫过的鱼排上,并淋入调味料和加入黑豆豉粒,蒜蓉和姜丝。Put the fish on top, drizzle in the seasonings and preserved black bean, minced garlic and ginger slices.

    Step 4

    待蒸锅水沸腾后,放入鱼以大火蒸6-8分钟。Put the fish plate into the steamer, steam for 6-8 minutes on high heat.

    Step 5

    蒸好后,铺入芫荽、辣椒丝,把食油煮滚后淋上芫荽葱面上即可。Put some coriander spring onion and chili slice on top, pour over the cooking oil, done.
