    Step 1

    木瓜切除顶部,再切成齿形状,挖出种子备用。Cut off the top of the papaya, then cut it into a tooth shape, dig out the seeds for later use.

    Step 2

    把海参、香菇、鸡肉丁及鱼翅以沸水汆烫过,然后分别填入木瓜中。Blanch the sea cucumbers, shiitake mushrooms, diced chicken and shark fins in boiling water, then transfer into the papaya.

    Step 3

    将干贝连通汤汁和调味料拌匀,然后注入木瓜中,隔水蒸45分钟,趁热享用。Mix the scallops with water and seasonings, then pour into the papaya, double boil for 45 minutes, enjoy while hot.
