    Step 1

    先将鸡翅膀洗净,开二。混合全部腌料腌鸡翅膀3小时。Wash chicken wings and cut into 2,marinate with condiments for 3 hours.

    Step 2

    捞起鸡翅膀,渣和汁倒掉,沥干。Remove wings from condiments and drain.

    Step 3

    烧热5杯炸油,放入鸡翅膀炸至金黄色,捞起。Heat 5 cups oil in wok,deep fry the wings until golden brown,drain.

    Step 4

    烧热配料中的油,爆香蒜茸,加入大蒜和调味料A炒匀即可盛起铺盘。Heat oil from sub-ingredients in wok,sauté garlic until fragrant,add in leek and seasoning A,toss and dish out on serving plate.

    Step 5

    镬中倒入调味料B煮滚,将鸡翅膀倒入,煮至汁收干和浓稠,铺在配料上,装饰后享用。Bring seasoning B to boil,pour in wings and cook until gravy thicken,arrange wings over the sub-ingredients,garnish and serve.
