    羊角豆的可食用部分是果荚,其脆嫩多汁,滑润不腻,香味独特。羊角豆配上叁巴,提高食欲的一道香辣菜肴。

    Step 1

    将羊角豆洗干净去头尾,虾米剁碎,红葱头剁碎和酸柑切半备用。Wash the lady fingers and cut top & bottom, chopped dried shrimp and shallots, lime cut half and set aside.

    Step 2

    将羊角豆放入沸水汆烫至熟捞起备用。Blanch the lady fingers and simmer until cooked, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    热锅加入少许的橄榄油,虾米,红葱头和叁巴炒至均匀。Heat oil in wok, saute dried shrimp, shallot and sambal until aromatic.

    Step 4

    最后加入少许的糖搅拌均匀,捞起淋在羊角豆上,挤上酸柑水即可。Toss in some sugar, mix well and pour on top of lady finges, drizzle with some lime juice, done.
