    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡肉2小时。Mix chicken with marinate and marinate for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把香料A炒至香,加入香料B,炒至香,然后加入一半的椰浆,煮滚后转小火焖煮至出油。Heat up oil in a work, saute A till aroma. Add in B and stir fry till dry and aromatic. Add in half coconut milk and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer till the oil has released from coconut milk.

    Step 3

    加入鸡肉,炒均后加马铃薯,然后加入水,煮滚至鸡肉和马铃薯熟透。Add in chicken and stir well. Add potatoes and water,bring to boil till chicken and potatoes are well cooked.

    Step 4

    加入剩余的椰浆和调味料,再煮滚,然后熄火,配椰浆饭吃。Add in the remaining coconut milk, seasoning and bring to boil, remove from heat, serve hot with nasi lemak.
