    用滚水川烫花肉至熟,然后滴干,再以蒜茸和盐腌妥,收入冰箱腌隔夜。Bring pork belly to boil in boiling water till well cooked;dish out and drain. Rub all over with minced garlic and salt. Marinate over night in the fridge.

    Step 2

    把腌猪肉切薄片和腊肠排碟,中火蒸15分钟。Cut the salted pork belly into thin slices and arrange with sausages onto a steaming tray. Steam at medium heat for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    盛出后配蘸酱和葱白吃。Remove, serve with dipping sauce and white part of spring onions.
