蜂蜜玉米片300克
杏仁片200克
南瓜籽80克
混合香料1¼茶匙
研磨姜粉¾茶匙
蜂蜜100克
无盐牛油90克(融化)
海盐1½茶匙
蔓越莓干150克
葡萄干70克
做法
1. 预热烤箱至160℃。在2个大烤盘上铺放油纸或铝箔纸。
2. 先将玉米片、杏仁、南瓜籽、香料放进一个大碗。另外一个碗混合蜂蜜、牛油和盐,用力搅拌直到全部材料混合
均匀。将混合好的蜂蜜倒入另一个装有玉米片的碗,轻轻搅拌让所有材料都沾得均匀。
3. 将混合好的干果材料均匀铺在托盘上,烘烤15-20分钟,
过程中再搅拌两次,直到杏仁被烤成浅褐色。
4. 从烤箱中取出,当干果还是温热时再搅拌一次,摊凉。冷却后干果会变脆。
5. 装入密封罐子,准备随时食用。

Main ingredients
300g honey cornflakes
200g flaked almonds
80g pumpkin seeds
1¼ tsp mixed spice
¾ tsp ground ginger
100g runny honey
90g unsalted butter(melted)
1½ tsp sea salt flakes
150g dried cranberries
70g raisins
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160℃ (gas)/150℃ (fan). Line 2 large baking
trays with baking paper or aluminum foil.
2. Toss cornflakes, almonds, pumpkin seeds, spices in a large
bowl. Combine honey, butter and salt in a separate bowl.
Stir vigorously till combined and thickened. Add this mixture
to the dry ingredients. Stir well but gently till evenly coated.
3. Spread the mixture in an even layer onto the trays. Bake
for 15-20 minutes, stirring twice during cooking, until the
almonds are toasted and light brown.
4. Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit while the mixture
is still warm. Allow to cool completely on the tray on a wire
rack. The mixture will crisp up while cooling.
5. Store in airtight containers till ready to serve.
