    Step 1

    取一砂锅中,放入马芝林和油,依次序加入洋葱、蒜、姜和咖喱叶。In a claypot, put in the margarine and oil. Then follow by adding in shallot, garlic, ginger and curry leaf.

    Step 2

    炒香后加入螃蟹,两面煎1分钟,之后取出螃蟹备用。 Stir fry till fragrant then add in the crab to sear for 1 minute each side. Then remove the crab from the claypot. Set aside.

    Step 3

    加入米饭、水和所有调味料搅拌均匀,再铺上煮好的螃蟹。Add rice, water, and all seasoning. Mix well and arrange the crab we cook earlier on the rice.

    Step 4

    盖上砂锅盖子,转小火焖煮20-25分钟。撒上葱花即可享用。Cover with lid and turn into very very low heat to cook for 20-25 minutes.Once done, sprinkle spring onion and serve immediately.
