买到新鲜的刺身三文鱼,当然是鲜吃呀!加入青瓜、海带、红洋葱,加入一些日式酱油和Wasabi腌制,很是开胃。

    Step 1

    将红洋葱切成很薄的薄片,浸泡冰水中。Sliced the red onion into very thin slice and soak in a bowl or cold/iced water.

    Step 2

    准备腌料:在大碗中混合芥末和日本酱油,搅拌均匀。To prepare the marinates: In a large bowl mix wasabi and Japanese soy sauce. Mix well.

    Step 3

    将青瓜和三文鱼切成相同大小的方块。For cucumber and salmon we will cut it into same size of cube.

    Step 4

    把以上全部材料混合拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。Now we just need to incorporate all the ingredients together in the soy mixture, and keep in refrigerator for 30 minuts.

    Step 5

    享用时将凉拌鲜三文鱼装入小碟子,再撒上一些烤芝麻即可。Scoop and serve in mini saucer, and lastly sprinkle some toasted sesame seed on top.
