    Ondeh在马来语里就是丸子的意思,口感QQ的Ondeh和马六甲椰糖的香气,真是太好吃了,它也是一个有名传统娘惹甜点。若担心pandan苦涩,可以在面团里加入1汤匙的糖。

    Step 1

    将(A)料拌匀,揉搓成软硬适中之粉团,分成等分,包入适量馅料。Combined (A) and knead till a smooth dough, divided into portions and wrap up with some filling.

    Step 2

    煮滚半锅水,把粉团投入煮熟至浮起即可捞出,沾上椰丝。Bring water to a boil, drop the Onde-Onde into the boiling water. As soon as they float, transfer them into the plate, coat completely with grated coconut. Done.
