    Step 1

    将鸡蛋打散, 加入调味料A。Beaten egg and mixes with seasoning A.

    Step 2

    烧热平底锅, 涂上一点油,加入适量蛋液煎熟, 重复至煎完为止。切丝放在碟上。Grease non-stick pan and sear egg sauce into thin omelet, repeat steps; juliennes and place on serving plate.

    Step 3

    烧热油爆香蒜蓉和葱茸,加入肉碎和调味料B炒熟, 即可放在蛋丝上。Heat oil in wok, saute garlic and shallot until fragrant; toss in minced meat and seasoning B,stir-fry until well cooked, dish out and place on top of omelet.
